Overview
For
over 20 years, Maya has been a student of metaphysics which began with books such
as, The Power of Alpha Thinking and The Secrets of Mental Magic. Her sister, Rev.
Lori Leal, was instrumental in guiding her studies through the Seth books, A Course
in Miracles and mind expansion programs like Silva Mind Control. Roles

Leader
Currently, Maya delivers workshops primarily for women on the
topic:
The
Power of Feminine Leadership, The Mystery Within,
Life
Purpose and Livelihood, and Purpose, Passion, Propserity and Pleasure, Tantra
for Lovers and many other "Goddess" focused workshops.
Energy Worker
Maya is a Level 3 Practitioner of Yuen Method of Chinese
Energetics, TAPAS healing methods and Tantra Yoga. Maya is building Pele
Lani Retreat and Healing Center on the Big Island of Hawaii. Tantrika-Dakini
Maya
is a Certified Tantra Educator from the Source School of Tantra on Maui. She has
studied with Charles and Caroline Muir. Maya offers a variety of services from
Tantra Workshops, Tantra Talks, Dakini Sessions and Tantra Coaching for

Metaphysician
Maya is a practitioner of Metaphysica and Quantum Manifesting. She has studied
with Rev. Lori Leal and Susan James. Maya has synthesized her knowledge gathered
over the past 20 years into her own methods for raising vibrations, healing and
manifesting intentions. Life
Purpose Coach, Executive Coach, Excellence Coach, Integral Coach
Maya has
over 15 years experience coaching professionals. She has taken extensive training
with James Flaherty at New Ventures West for Integral Coaching, with Marcia Wieder
at Dream University, with Kevin O'Gorman of Ideation, with Mickey Connoley and
Richard Rianoshek of Conversant Solutions, and with Lucy Freedman of Syntax Communications
Modeling.
Maya is a certified Dream Coach (R) and has assisted
people it finding their true calling for this lifetime. She is also an Executive
coach, having coached about 40 Senior VP and VP level clients in Silicon Valley.
She
has coached and facilitated teams for higher level performance in countries all
over the world: Japan, Sinapore, China, Hong Kong, India, Germany, France, Italy,
England, Spain, Canada and the US. Maya
has delivered hundreds of training sessions, presentations and talks through virtual
technology. She has organized and facilitated many virtual meetings and work sessions
for global leaders.

As
part of her life path, Maya is dedicated to being a catalyst for the emergence
of Goddess energy. The annual Celebration of the Goddess began in Dec. 2004 on
Maui, in Oct. 2005 on the Big Island of Hawaii. Co-founder, Adventures
in Consciousness Mystery School. Maya has partnered with Eros Christos,
author, healer, messenger, to deliver a profound message to the planet. Their

Service
Maya has donated much of her time and energy into two areas: to
supporting Latino students at risk and to professional business women who are
in transition due to the dot.com bust, downsizing and cost-cutting. She has dedicated
her efforts to delivering leadership workshops and coaching to Latino youths at
risk. As part of her contribution, Maya also coaches a Director of a non-profit
focused on students at risk. Maya currently coaches women who are in transition
and are now looking for a life and/or career change. Through Gracenet
Silicon Valley, she has coordinated many speaker programs targeted to
assist, inspire and motivate women who are in transition.
Educational
Background
Ms. Dolena's undergraduate degree was in Computer Science,
however she also invested a considerable amount of time researching and studying
organizational behavior, socio-technical systems methodology and systems thinking.

Ms. Dolena completed an Executive MBA program
through the Center for Organizational Effectiveness at USC. Ms. Dolena also completed
an Executive Program at Stanford University, focusing on Strategic Management
of Technology-based Companies. This international program was conducted in concert
with IESE, an international European business school, in Barcelona. Maya
is a graduate of New Ventures West, an intensive year-long Professional Coaching
Course focused on ontological and integral coaching methods. She is also a certified
Dream Coach (R). Maya is a Level 3 Yuen Method of Chinese Energetics,
TAPAS Practitioner, Level 5 in Manifesting Millionaire Ultra Focus, and Level
3 in Quantum Manifesting. Maya is currently studying with Caroline Muir and Joan
Heartfield at the Divine Feminine Mystery School. She is a graduate of

Central Co-Founder
Initiating and funding Synergy Central was a natural
progression for her vision of building collaborative, networked organizations
which embody and model the organizations of the future. As CEO of Synergy Central,
her goal is to develop Synergy Central to be an example of what is possible when
thought leaders, change agents, pioneers, visionaries, consultants and coaches
align, share knowledge and leverage their resources and networks. Coach

Initiating and funding Coach Universe has been
another significant step in Maya's vision of collaborating with evolved mentors
and coaches who are passionate about transformation and self-actualization for

Silicon Valley Chapter Founder
Ms.
Dolena founded GraceNet Silicon Valley in April 2000. GraceNet was founded in
San Francisco in 1997 by Sylvia Paull. GraceNet Silicon Valley is a networking
and professional development organization for business and professional women
in high tech with a membership of over 350 women. Many of these women are CEOs

In addition to her current development and mentoring of GraceNet, Synergy Central
and Coach Universe, and being an active member of the Organizational Development
Network (ODNet), Ms. Dolena is an alumni and currently an active steering committee
member of HP's Accelerated Development Alumni Network (a program for high potential
management leaders), co-founder of Club Net, a networking group for Hewlett-Packard's
women managers, and is also highly active as a steering committee member of Poder!,
a virtual community focused on professional development of Latinos in and outside
of HP. Ms.
Dolena is also a member of the steering committees for HP's MOC change agent network
and HP Coaching Network.
Some of Ms. Dolena's many speaking engagements
include being featured as the keynote speaker at the World Bank Conference in
Washington DC, a panelist at Bank of America Conference in San Francisco, Michael
Hammer's SAP Conference in Boston, and the Workflow Conference in Boston. Sylvia
recently delivered an Organizational Architecture presentation at Syntax
Advance Learning Institute (SALI), and has made numerous appearances at various
regional Leadership Development Conferences representing Coach
